* “Truly my prayer, my sacrifice, My life and death, are all for Allâh; the Rabb of the Worlds.”
For Him there is no partner. And thus I have been commanded, and I am the first one to submit.”
2
Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice. (108;2)
Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 128)
I am the supplication of my father Ibrahim, ( ibni Kathir )
In the language: the one who has surrendered to the entire command of ALlah, and submits to it, so the verified Muslim is the one who showed acceptance of the entire command of Allah.
When his Lord said to him, “Submit!” He said, “I submit myself to the Lord of all the worlds.”
(Verily, Ibrahim was an Ummah (a leader having all the good qualities, or a nation), obedient to Allah, Hanif (i.e. to worship none but Allah), and he was not one of those who were Al-Mushrikin. (He was) thankful for His (Allah’s) favors. He (Allah) chose him (as an intimate friend) and guided him to a straight path. And We gave him good in this world, and in the Hereafter he shall be of the righteous.) (16:120-122).
He was grateful to His bounties. He (Allah) chose him and led him to the straight path.
We bestowed good upon him in this world; and in the Hereafter, he is among the righteous.
جَمَعَتْ هَذِهِ الدعوةُ كلَّ خَيْرٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا، وصرَفت كُلَّ شَرٍّ فَإِنَّ الْحَسَنَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا تشملُ كُلَّ مَطْلُوبٍ دُنْيَوِيٍّ، مِنْ عَافِيَةٍ، وَدَارٍ رَحْبَةٍ، وَزَوْجَةٍ حَسَنَةٍ، وَرِزْقٍ وَاسِعٍ، وَعِلْمٍ نَافِعٍ، وَعَمَلٍ صَالِحٍ، وَمَرْكَبٍ هَنِيءٍ، وَثَنَاءٍ جَمِيلٍ، >This supplication brought together all the good in the world and dispelled all the evil, for goodness in the world includes every worldly need, such as wellness, a spacious home, and a good wife And abundant livelihood, useful knowledge, good deeds, a happy journey, and beautiful praise.(ibni kathir )
Then, We revealed to you, “Follow the way of Ibrāhīm, the upright, and he was not among the Mushriks”.
((Saying), “O my sons! Allah has chosen for you the (true) religion, then die not except as Muslims.”)
(follow the religion of Ibrahim the Hanif, and he was not of the idolators.”) 3:95.
